We’re heading out onto Martlesham Heath for an interval session designed to build strength, speed, and confidence on mixed terrain. This is your chance to get stuck into some structured work without losing that fun, social ITR vibe.

We’ll begin with a relaxed group warm-up to get the legs moving and ready to work. Then we’ll roll into a series of intervals using the open heathland paths. Think controlled efforts, plenty of recovery, and lots of encouragement.
