Get ready for a Halloween-themed long run exploring the trails of Dalinhoo, Wickham River, and Abbey, with the chance to tackle two separate loops: 10km or 22km depending on how brave you’re feeling.
Potsford Wood is reputedly one of the most haunted spots in Suffolk — lucky for us, it makes our trail run extra atmospheric this time of year. Expect scenic river paths, forest trails, and the challenge of a varied long-distance route.
