Adventure Day at Box Hill
It is time to escape the flatlands and head somewhere with actual lumps. Box Hill is one of the best trail running spots in the South East. Think winding woodland paths, chalky climbs, big views, fast descents and that glorious feeling of working harder than your legs were expecting. It is the perfect training playground for us Suffolk flatlanders to build hill strength, confidence and technique before spring events.
This will be harder than our long runs in Suffolk so please come prepared with lots of fuel, plenty of water and an appetite to test yourself.
We will be running the long loop first, then the shorter loop after a break.
