Training Camp is from Friday 17th - Sunday 19th 2026.
 
Terms: 
Ticket purchases are refundable until two months before the commencement date of the Training Camp, less an admin fee. Thereafter refunds are not possible.
If the Camp is cancelled by the club for any reason you will have the option to defer to a new date or receive a full refund. 
You are responsible for purchasing your own trail running equipment and nutrition products. All basic foods for breakfast and other meals are included (with the exception of the pub meal).
All relevant documentation must be completed and returned within one month of the Training Camp commencement date. (This will be sent out separately by the head Coach of the camp).
Any form of bullying or discrimination will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to remove participants from the camp if they are not healthy to participate.
