🌿 Restore & Recharge with the Roaming Sauna 🌿

After two big weeks of racing, give your body the morning it deserves. From 10am–12pm, we’re slowing things down and dialling into full recovery mode with the Roaming Sauna experience.

You’ll rotate between the deep warmth of the sauna, an invigorating cold plunge, and a refreshing wild swim. Then ease into gentle restorative stretching before gathering round the campfire with a hot chocolate in hand. It’s the perfect way to reset tired legs, calm the mind, and soak up post-race community vibes.

What to bring:

• 🧖 Two towels – one small to sit on in the sauna, and one to dry off afterwards

• 👙 Swimwear (must be worn at all times – this is not a nudity sauna)

• 🩴 Sliders or flip-flops for in-between sessions
