Come for the Parkrun, stay for the chaos. We’re heading to Rendlesham Forest to kick things off with the official 5K... then the real fun begins.
Think of it as a BYNU (Backyard not Ultra) but friendlier, prettier, and with optional snacks. After the Parkrun, we’ll keep adding extra loops through the forest trails – go as far or as short as you fancy. One loop? Cool. Five loops? Let’s go.
