About the Event
We will meet at the Duke Street Quay Car Park on Duke Street in Ipswich (IP3 0BF) for a coached speed and technique session. This is will be an interval training type session so be prepared to work harder than we usually do to gain some fitness!
Parking: Duke Orwell Quay Carpark - Ipswich. £1.70 per hour
Expected Terrain: Tarmac tow path
Entry Requirements: We can cater this session to any fitness level
