New to Trails? 5k Social Run from The George, Hintlesham

Meet in the Carpark for a 18:30 start ///amplified.cools.blanket New to trail running (or getting back into it)? Come along for a friendly 5k beginner trail night starting at The George in Hintlesham. We’ll keep the pace relaxed, use regroup points, and share a few simple tips for running on uneven ground so you can feel confident out on the trails.

Expect: easy effort, good chat, and a welcoming vibe.

Bring: comfy layers, a drink, and trail shoes if you have them (it can get muddy). a headtorch is also mandatory

Perfect if you’re brand new, returning after a break, or just want a no-pressure run with the crew.
