About the Event
Join us at Kesgrave Parkrun (///tortoises.helped.commenced) for a mile warm-up together at 08:30, followed by the parkrun 5k, and then take on an 11km loop around the boardwalks and the golf course. This session is all about mixing speed, endurance, and trail technique in one epic run.
Whether you’re racing the parkrun or just joining for fun, this is your chance to stretch the legs, explore the trails, and rep your green tees with pride. Expect a mix of flat paths, technical boardwalks, and scenic stretches around the golf course — perfect for runners who love variety and a challenge.
