Freston to Alton Water 12km circular

We will meet at the Freston Boot Car Park on Freston Hill in Ipswich (IP9 1AB) for a very runnable 18k through the countryside surrounding Freston that takes in the stunning Ipswich Countryside and Alton Water. This is a very easy run without any significant climbs or technical trails - so if you have got the legs for the distance, this is a perfect run for all levels.
