From 5k to 10k: 8-Week Group Coaching Adventure
How the Programme Works

You’ll follow a structured 8-week coaching plan on TrainingPeaks (all remote, no need to attend in-person sessions, although our Wednesday night club sessions will match your plan distance, so you're welcome to come along every week!).

Each week, you’ll get:

3–4 run sessions (progressive, beginner-friendly, and adaptable to your schedule)

A weekly check-in prompt in our private Slack group (share your wins, ask questions, get support)

Group energy and accountability: everyone is working towards 10k together!

We’ll have two live group Q&A sessions on Zoom (dates will be shared in Slack).
