Ready to put some strength in your stride? Join us this Thursday for a coached hill session at Suffolk Food Hall: short, punchy efforts with plenty of recovery, coaching cues, and regrouping so everyone can work at their own level.
Expect: hill reps, technique tips, and a confidence-boosting workout.
Bring: grippy shoes (it can be muddy), layers, and a headtorch.
